The Good Pillow 1-Year Limited Warranty
Good Pillows are crafted from high-quality materials and designed to give you a comfortable and restful night’s sleep, so your satisfaction in our products are of high importance to us. We have complete confidence in our products, but we know that occasionally things may go wrong along the way. Therefore, to ensure the quality of our products and your personal satisfaction, Good Product Inc. includes a limited 1-year warranty with our Good Pillow as described herein.

The following is a limited 1-year, non-transferable warranty for the Good Pillow purchased from Good Product Inc.

Should your Good Pillow be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Good Product Inc. shall take the appropriate measures to, at Good Product Inc.’s option, replace or repair the purchaser’s product subject to the constraints of this limited warranty. This warranty extends for 1-year from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. This warranty is valid
only if the purchaser is an individual who thereafter used the product for personal consumer use and may only be claimed by the original purchaser of the product. Any product purchased through resale, new or used, does not qualify for this warranty. This warranty is applicable only to the Good Pillow and excludes the complimentary pillow cover provided in the original

Original proof of purchase, proof of date purchased, warranty document, and the product in its original box/packaging will be required to make a warranty claim. To make use of Good Product Inc.’s warranty services, you are required to retain the aforementioned documents and the original box/packaging your product arrived in during the 1-year warranty period. You will furthermore be required to submit proof (photos, videos, etc.) of the defect of the product for
review by Good Product Inc.

This warranty does not cover personal comfort preferences, abuse, neglect, or damages from misuse as claimable defects. Should a warranty claim’s review determine evidence of misuse or abuse of the pillow, this warranty will be rendered void. This warranty shall apply only if the product proves to be defective under normal, proper use and care of the product as described
on the Good Pillow website and attached care labels.

Upon conclusion of a warranty claim’s review, Good Product Inc. will promptly notify the purchaser on the acceptance or rejection of their claim. If your Good Pillow is reasonably deemed to be defective according to terms herein, the purchaser will not be charged to repair or replace their Good Pillow. Any and all return shipping and handling costs, however, will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Whether to repair or to replace your Good Pillow shall be at
Good Product Inc.’s sole discretion.

Please note that this warranty runs from the original date of purchase of your Good Pillow, and the 1-year warranty period is not renewed upon replacement or repair of your Good Pillow.

Warranty Additional Information

Should your defective Good Pillow be determined to be replaced, it must be sent back to Good Product Inc. before a replacement product can be delivered to you. Once Good Product Inc. has approved to replace the defective product, this limited warranty may not be reused as it is only valid for one replacement per purchase.

This limited 1-year warranty is not effective if the product is purchased outside of the USA.

Good Product Inc. shall not be liable for incidental and consequential damages that arise out of any breach of this warranty resulting from using this product.
Good Product Inc. does not claim Good Pillow to be a medical instrument or medical grade product. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover claims based on allergies, discomfort, or other pre-existing conditions that may or may not be exacerbated by the product. For medical and health concerns, we ask that you directly contact and address such issues with a licensed physician or medical personnel.
