Memory Foam: Handwash with cloth that has been dipped in warm water. Never place in dryer or washing machine.
Scrim Mesh Cover: Hand or machine wash in warm water, line or machine dry on medium heat. No bleach.
Good Foam: Do not use solvents or other cleaning liquids. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean. Never put in washing machine, oven, or microwave.
Cooling Fabric Cover: Wash before use. Gentle cycle or handwash with like colors, tumble dry low heat. No bleach.
Pillow Cover: Gentle cycle in warm water, tumble dry low heat.
From the date delivered, you have thirty (30) calendar days to return your purchase for a full refund.
Before you decide the Good Pillow is not for you, however, please note that it takes time for your body to adjust. It is strongly recommended that you sleep with the Good Pillow for a minimum of two (2) weeks to fully feel the effects and benefits.
Products must be clean and undamaged with their law tags attached to be eligible for return. Returned products must include original boxing/packaging and cover with their corresponding purchase receipt inside.
Unopened, unused products with the original receipt of purchase will be given a full refund after passing inspection by Good Product Inc. Customers will be credited back their refund within 3-7 days after the returned product is received.
Products opened from the original packaging or show signs of use when returned with the original receipt of purchase will be noted during inspection, and customers will receive a 50% refund.
Returned products confirmed to be damaged during inspection will be returned to customers and no refund issued.
Return shipping and handling fees are not included.
